Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

·         The product is unused

·         The product is unopened

·         The product is in its original packaging

Non‑Returnable Items

Due to product nature and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

·         Opened incense

·         Opened frankincense resin

·         Opened aromatic products

·         Used items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

·         Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

·         Provide photos of the product and packaging

·         We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost

Return Shipping Costs

·         Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the error is from our side.

Refund Processing

·         Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected

·         Refunds are processed to the original payment method

·         Processing time: 5–10 business days
